Guidelines for participating in Picture Nigeria

These rules govern your participation in Picture Nigeria. By submitting photos, you agree to comply with all stated guidelines.
1 Eligibility
- Open to all Nigerian residents and Nigerians living abroad.
- Participants must be at least 13 years old. Minors require parental consent.
2 Submission Guidelines
- Only original photos taken by the participant are allowed.
- Photos must depict Nigeria — landscapes, culture, people, events, or history.
- No offensive, violent, or inappropriate content.
- Photos must not violate copyright or third-party rights.
3 Entry Limits
- Each participant can submit up to 3 photos per month.
- Participants can only post photos through the official Picture Nigeria platform.
4 Voting
- Likes or votes are anonymous.
- One vote (like) per person per photo per day.
- Multiple voting on the same photo by the same person within 24 hours is not allowed.
- Participants are encouraged to promote their photos but must avoid unethical vote manipulation.
5 Prizes
- The photo with the highest likes at the end of each month wins.
- Winners will be announced publicly and contacted via email or platform messaging.
- Prize terms and conditions apply as outlined on the official website.
6 Rights
- By submitting, participants grant Picture Nigeria the right to use submitted photos for promotional purposes with credit.
- Photos will not be sold or used commercially without explicit consent.
7 Disqualification
- Photos violating rules, including plagiarism or offensive content, will be disqualified.
- Participants caught cheating or manipulating votes will be banned.
8 Privacy
- Participant data will be handled according to the platform's privacy policy.
- No personal information will be shared without consent.
9 Modification of Rules
- Picture Nigeria reserves the right to update or change rules with notice to participants.

Violation of these rules may result in disqualification or permanent ban from the platform.
